Who is an agile leader?

Leaders and managers of an organization are responsible for the implementation, success and continuous improvement of the Agile development and competencies that lead to business agility. Only they are empowered to change and continuously improve the systems that govern work processes.

In addition, leaders can create an environment that encourages high-performance Agile teams to thrive and create value. Leaders must therefore internalize and model leaner ways of thinking and working so that team members can learn from their example, coaching and encouragement.

As an agile leader:

– bring products and solutions to market faster;

– increase quality, thanks to lower error rates;

– respond to change more quickly and effectively;

– support high performance teams by managing framework conditions and stakeholders.
