Nicolas Abbondanza - General Manager

As an expert in project management governance, leadership and agile DevOps, Nicolas Abbondanza has many years of experience as a managing director, line manager, programme and project manager, as well as a lecturer. Active in the project sector for over 25 years, he knows the core business à fond at national and international level. 

In addition to a bachelor’s degree in political science from ETH Zurich, Nicolas Abbondanza holds an Executive BBA/ MBA Dual Degree and is a certified IPMA (Level A) Project Director, as well as a federal expert for HERMES 5. In addition to these trainings, Nicolas Abbondanza has certifications in PMP Practitioner, Agile Master, SAFe Agile Center, as well as the SVEB and is able to teach in four languages (D/ F/ EN/ IT).

Dr. Murtazali Dibirov - Managing Partner

Dr. Murtazali Dibirov has an original medical background, based on a professional development in GI oncology. He is the author of about 20 publications and books. Dr. Murtazali Dibirov earned his PhD in healthcare administration and then completed an MBA at Paris/ NYC Business School with a dissertation on the disease management concept. Recently, Dr. Murtazali Dibirov completed an additional PhD in Business Administration at ISM (Paris) with a focus on corporate entrepreneurship in pharmaceutical R&D.

Dr. Murtazali Dibirov has more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry with increasing responsibilities in the areas of quality and human resource management, as well as operational automation projects. Along the way, he completed a certification in health economics, as well as a (HEOR) certification at the University of Washington.

Friederike Enthammer - Operational Manager

As early as 2009, Friederike Enthammer gained her first experience as a project manager and external business partner at Siemens AG in Munich, to which she moved in 2010 as a programme coordinator for international leadership training. “Leadership” was also the focus of the next few years, during which she handled various training programmes.

As a key user of a global ERP programme, Friederike expanded her competencies as the person responsible for 3rd level support in the IT user area, developed and conducted initial training courses and actively helped shape processes in the area of HR and change management. She graduated in Business Administration & Business Psychology in Hamburg, Germany and has been part of the SLA team since 2019. Based on her education, which she spent in four countries and lived with over 130 nations, she is the lead lecturer of the SLA module “Intercultural Competence”.
